Collaborations

The Late Bloomers

In collaboration with the Late Bloomers, a Jacksonville, Florida-based chapter of The Garden Club of America, I designed a limited-edition print called Ashe Magnolia which was inspired by club’s logo: the Ashe Magnolia. The edition sold out and half of the proceeds went to the Late Bloomers’ conservation work which includes native plant education, tree planting, and local university botany scholarships.

Inverto Earth

Inverto Earth, a Swiss robotics firm that preserves mangrove forests in Pakistan, Indonesia and Australia with the use of seed-planting drones, is using our Mangrove pattern for their team shirts. Inverto Earth’s leadership group attends global conferences for climate technology builders and funders, and needed event shirts that would convey their mission. I’m delighted that Mangrove, a pattern designed to draw attention to the beauty and environmental significance of mangrove trees, is assisting with mangrove forest preservation around the world.

Seed Savers Exchange

In partnership with the Seed Savers Exchange, an Iowa-based nonprofit that protects the biodiversity of our food system by preserving rare, heirloom, and open-pollinated varieties of seeds, I’ve created a limited-edition linocut print featuring a special heirloom herb: Grandma Einck’s Dill. The print, fittingly named Grandma Einck’s Dill, is for sale and half of its proceeds are being donated to Seed Savers Exchange to support their efforts to conserve unique seed varieties and build a “network of gardeners, farmers and educators committed to protecting our planet’s natural beauty and agricultural diversity.”
